draw a picture of the folder structure and add it to the dokuwiwi page

add pages for

resolve all of the "notes" pages
  * Make a list of all the notes pages
  * Make an outline of pages and which pages should absorb which notes pages

make some videos and embed them on actual wiki pages.  Abandon the video companion idea.
